Q: What should I do if I have a problem or a question regarding Stor-All products that I've purchased?

General Stor-All Information
Q: What materials are Stor-All products made from?
A: All of our food storage products are made from the highest quality, virgin, non-recycledplastics to ensure that they are safe for storing your consumables.
No PVCs, Latex, Teflon, Phthalates Chemicals, Fungicides, Bishphenol A (“BPA”s), or Anti-Bacterial Chemicals are used in our manufacturing process.

High-Density Polyethylene
Plastic #2 - High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a Polyethylene Thermoplastic made from Petroleum. HDPE is hard, opaque and can withstand somewhat high temperatures.
Where is HDPE found?
HDPE is used in the manufacturing of toys, and the packaging of:
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Milk Jugs
  • Folding Chairs &Tables;

Health Concerns:
No known health concerns.

Low-Density Polyethylene
Plastic #4 - Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a Thermoplastic made from Petroleum. It can be found translucent or opaque. It is flexible and tough, but breakable.
Where is LDPE found?
  • Juice and Milk Cartons (as the water-proof inner and outer layer)
  • Most Plastic Grocery Bags
  • Some Packaging MaterialFolding Chairs &Tables;

Health Concerns:
No known health concerns.

Polypropylene
Plastic #5 - Polypropylene (PP) is a Thermoplastic Polymer. It is strong, tough, has a high resistance to heat and acts as a barrier to moisture.
Where is PP found?
HDPE is used in the manufacturing of toys, and the packaging of:
  • Yogurt &Margarine; Tub
  • Plastic Cups &Baby; Bottles
  • Kitchenware, Microwavable Plastic Containers &Lids;

Health Concerns:
Most Polypropylene containersare Microwavable Safe and Dishwasher Safe.

OTHER (Varies)
Plastic #7 can be a little tricky as it stands for “Other” which may or may not contain BPA. It is commonly used to label Polycarbonate (PC). The letters “PC” may be present with the recycling symbol, which would indicate that the product is made with Polycarbonate.
Polycarbonate is derived from BPA. Read more about the harm of BPA here. Where is Polycarbonate found?

Health Concerns:
BPA has been found to be an endocrine disruptor. Choose bottles made with the #2, #4, or #5 recycling codes. NOTE:Stor-All food storage products DO NOT contain Polycarbonate (PC).
Q: How are Stor-All products made?
A: Our products are manufactured in a variety of ways, including: Injection Molding, Thermoforming & Extrusion.
Q: How can I find out the size or capacity of my Stor-All item?
A: Our product packaging & labels will list the storage capacity and in most cases the same information is usually stamped on to the bottom of our products as well.You can view our full product line as well as comprehensive information about sizes, shapes, capacities & available colors on our website by clicking on the Product menu sub-categories: Press N’ Click, Stor-All Kitchen&Stor-All; Home. Stor-All Solutions.comis also fully searchable for products using the open search field that can be found on the right side of the header Navigation Bar on all site pages.
Food Storage Containers
Q: Do I need to press both buttons on your Press N’ Click Storage Products to open the lid?
A: No! While Press N’ Click containers always feature 2 press release buttons on opposite sides of the container body, you only need to press one of the buttons to pop off the sealed lid. To seal the lid back on to the container you do not need to press the buttons at all, simply press down on the top of the lid until you hear it “click” into place, indicating that the container is securely sealed.
Q: Are your food containers dishwasher safe?
A: All of our Food Storage products are “dishwasher safe” but should only be placed in the top rack of your dishwasher.
Q: Are Stor-All Food Storage products microwave safe?
A: All of our food storage containers are “microwave safe”, as they are designed to allow you to safely re-heat your foods in the microwave. We always recommend that you see your individual product’s packaging for specific microwave use instructions and/or recommendations since it can vary from product to product. In general, Lids on our Stor-All Kitchen food storage product lines should always be vented prior to microwaving. Please Note: Lids on our Press N’ Click line of food storage products are notrecommended for microwave use& should be removed from their containers prior to re-heating. Always consult your microwave manufacturer's instructions for information regarding the use of microwave safe containers in your specific microwave unit.
Q: Are your food containers & food storage products freezer safe?
A: All of our Food Storage products are “freezer safe”. We also recommend our line of Zipper & Slider Freezer Bag products specifically for this use.
Q: How can I remove food stains or odor?
A: Certain foods, especially those with a tomato base, tend to stainplastics. Others such as garlic may leave a lingering odor. Should such a stain or food odor occur, try cleaning with a baking soda paste, then wash on the top rack of your dishwasher or wash by hand with liquid dish detergent and rinse thoroughly.
Q: Are Stor-All Food Storage products BPA-free and phthalate-free?
A: Yes, all Stor-All food storage and kitchen products are BPA-free and Phthalate-free.

Q: Does Stor-All accept product ideas from outside inventors?
A: Stor-All is always willing to view new product ideas from outside inventors as we welcome your interest in our company. In an effort to prevent misunderstandings and protect your interest as well as our own, we can only consider ideas and inventions if you accept and return a copy of the Idea Submission Form. You can obtain a copy by downloading the linked document.
All submitted ideas and inventions that do not include a signed Idea Submission Form will be returned without evaluation. Please send only copies of original information, as submitted information may not be returned.
